What it does not include

Measurements, wall runs, plans and complete appliance detail improve confidence. Missing details widen the range and are listed clearly in the result and report.
How the range stays useful
The pricing model is reviewed as market conditions change. Every completed estimate keeps the pricing version and choices used at the time, so later updates do not silently rewrite an earlier result.
Evidence and accountability
Published 2026 cost guides explain the main price signals and sources used to sense-check the model. The calculator records its pricing version, assumptions and exclusions so a result can be reviewed rather than treated as an unexplained headline figure.
